Last updated: January 15, 2026. These Terms govern your use of HoldSpace CoWork spaces and booking platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking any space at HoldSpace CoWork you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows receive no refund.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance or safety concerns.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our spaces only for lawful purposes. Noise levels must remain respectful, no smoking is permitted indoors, and all equipment must be used responsibly. We prohibit political events, illegal activities, or any behaviour that disrupts other members.
